Ideally, if you are new to acupuncture, you will see the best results if you come in for at least three acupuncture treatments within a reasonable amount of time (usually three weeks). Majority of people see a great reduction in symptoms after about four to six acupuncture treatments. Some people get immediate, lasting results after one treatment, other times it can take up to ten treatments. It is suggested to use Functional Medicine with Acupuncture for best results. It is also suggested to keep very good notes about how well you are progressing. This helps the Doctor give you the best type of acupuncture each treatment that will give the best results.
